15. Carry out prequalification of corrosion contractors/consultants for inclusion in company' bidders list.
16. Evaluate facilities integrity and determine their remaining life based on prediction models.
Minimum Requirements:

9. Assist the man in-charge at the scene in case of emergency situations; investigate incidents resulting in injuries, property damage or near misses, to evaluate and determine causes and preventive measures. Prepare reports and make recommendations including action plans to alleviate such situations and take preventative measures. Maintain follow up to ensure adequate implementation of recommendations.
10. Investigate incidents of oil or environmental pollution, and liaise with concerned departments to implement a cleaning programme; prepare reports on such incidents together with comments and observation.
11. Coordinate, monitor, prepare agenda and follow-up the implementation of recommendations raised from the Site HSE committees, other HSE related meetings, and HSE audit surveys by third parties.
12. Develop training programmes in HSE principles and practices, including practical exercises; develop and assess orientation programmes aimed for promoting accident and fire prevention among personnel and supervise specific fire and emergency drills for site personnel.
13. Ensure that mandatory safety, environmental and inspection records are updated and available at all times for inspection by Company auditors, Government inspectors and recognized agencies; prepare and discuss a variety of ad-hoc and regular reports and statistics

- Provide support and assistance in carrying out Health Risk Assessments including the identification and evaluation of health hazards such as noise surveys, hazardous substances, ventilation, ergonomic, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

Job Purpose and Scope:
1. Provides day-to-day on-site leadership and supervision of drilling , completions and work over operations.
2. Ensures that Company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented.
3. Responsible for strict adherence to all Company systems, procedures, standards, safety rules and regulations by all Company personnel and contractors on-site.
4. Responsible for clear and concise reporting of all well site drilling activities such as daily drilling reports, material transfers and safety meetings, and capture of lessons learned.
5. Responsible for reporting, investigations and follow-up of all accidents and near misses on-site and effective/lasting closure.
6. Responsible for performing site emergency plans and organizes regular emergency exercises and drills on-site and timely reporting on DDR.
7. Responsible for rig moves and rig positioning with proper Risk assessment and mitigation plans.
8. Primary contact with rig and third-party personnel at the rig site to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling program in a safe and cost-effective manner.
9. Organizes and orders the necessary services and equipment to conduct operations.
10. Ensures safe and timely return of equipment and surplus materials to Company stores upon completion of well operations.
11. Responsible for HSE procedures being continuously enforced, and for making effective decisions in emergency situations. Ensures that safety regulations and practices are respected and followed by all personnel on rig site including drilling contractor and Service Company employees.
12. Ensures operations comply with the Standard Drilling Instructions (SDI) and Drilling Safety Instructions (DSI) Manuals and SIMOPS procedures.
13. Regularly inspects rig and third-party equipment for adequate maintenance. Maintains inventory of all equipment / materials / supplies and spare parts and report on DDR.
14. Ensures potential pollution control problems are considered and relative contingency plans are understood by rig and third-party personnel.
15. Ensures that safety drills/tests are conducted on rig site as per company plan and procedures and reported. Investigates accidents/incidents and follows-up on action plan until fully closed.
16. Liaises with Field Production for island site inspections prior to rig move. Ensures safe handover of well area of island at beginning and completion of drilling activities (SIMOPS).
17. Ensures assigned relief is well informed (hand-over notes) of current situation and agrees with plans developed / implemented. Ensure all instructions to Rig Manager is via written instructions
18. Ensures effectiveness of onsite risk assessments and implements mitigations and follow up actions.
19. Cooperates with the Island Drilling Engineering Team in the development of ERD Operations Manuals.
20. Monitors less experienced Drilling Supervisors and Engineers
21. Relieves for the Island Drilling Operations Team Leader as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education (12 years).
- Degree from Technology College including computer skills.
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline such as Petroleum or Mechanical (Desired).
- Minimum four to eight years experience, job level will be based on total qualifications.
- Three years experience in operations related to Directional / ERD drilling, completion

1. Provides drilling engineering guidance and assistance to ensure the proper application of best practices and technology for ERD wells, and to assure technical excellence in well drilling and completion engineering design, including well integrity.
2. Liaison with Shareholder’s ERD drilling experts as required.
3. Stewardship of “ERD Best Practices” process, will ensure lessons learned are translated to best practices between each ERD Island Drill Team.
4. Responsible for ensuring ERD operations manuals and standard procedures are maintained and kept up-to-date with relevant best practices.
5. Mentor and coaching less experienced engineers on ERD techniques, technology and drilling performance.
6. Provide on the job training for engineers and operations on ERD drilling and completion technology.
7. Will participate in “Well Delivery Process” meetings to advise other disciplines in the technical aspect of ERD capabilities.
8. Provide coaching to drilling and completions engineers for technical soundness of lessons learned during preparation of Final Well Report.

Job Purpose and Scope:
- Prepares a complete ERD/MRC Drilling Program. Works closely with other groups to assure the program is based on all available geological, reservoir and drilling information from nearby wells. The ERD Drilling Program must include, but is not limited to the following:
- ERD directional drilling program including collision avoidance
- “FastDrill” application and surveillance
- Bottomhole assembly program for both motor and rotary steerable applications
- ERD drilling string design including all torque and drag modeling
- Bit selection, hydraulics, rotary speed, and bit weight programs
- Wellbore stability and hole cleaning analysis
- Drilling mud program for both water base, oil base operations and drill-in fluids
- Wellhead and casing designs
- Drilling hazards assessment (lost returns, well control, wellbore stability, stuck pipe).
- Application of standard operations procedures, best practices and lessons learned.
- Progress time-depth and cost depth curves for the drilling phase.
- Bottomhole assembly program.

- Analyzes drilling performance and recommends changes in procedures and equipment based on findings. Participates in industry organizations such as SPE, API and/or IADC.
