Job purpose & Scope:
- Plan and supervise Compensation Unit in ensuring that all Job Evaluation, re-grading, salary adjustment and spot award activities across the company are completed fairly, equitably and efficiently.
- Manages the processes for Job Evaluation, Professional Ladders, and Spot Awards. Co-ordinates and monitors the Performance Appraisal process.
- Develops and maintains the company salary and grading systems so that they fully contribute to the needs of a PDO. The systems include HAY Job Evaluation for all management staff, the Professional Ladder system and MEIRC Job Evaluation for all staff below Grade 14 not covered by Professional Ladders
- Supervises the production of different reports, analyses, statistics, graphs, management reports on skill development and other trends.
Minimum Requirements:
- B. A. in Business Studies or relevant discipline.
- 9 years broad personnel experience, 5 of which should be in Job Evaluation activities at a supervisory level preferably in the Middle East Oil Industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
