Job Purpose & Scope:

1.     Perform the required preventive, corrective & curative maintenance activities for Zirku Island Telecom Systems in an efficient /  professional manner .

2.     Generate technical reports for the performed activities.

Job Purpose & Scope

1.     Provide assurance on financial and accounting operations in line with accepted company accounting policies, procedures, processes and guidelines.

2.     Apply operational control policies and procedures to help ensure that correct accounts are kept and company assets are safeguarded.

3.     Accurately capture data in company systems and ensure proper audit trails and maintained

Job Purpose & Scope

1.     Positively contribute to the planning and supervising of implementation of the company Health, Safety and Environment Management System including Emergency Programs and Plans. 

2.     Ensure clear and comprehensive understanding of the system, by giving advice and assisting Site Management.  Provide assurance that all significant hazards arising from operational activities are identified and controlled.  Investigate incidents/accidents.

3.     Assist Site Management in its advisory role on preventive measures to eliminate/reduce effects to Health, Safety and environment of personnel and installation.

4.      Provide advice on HSE matters to Site Supervisors; to assist them in their direct responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment by promoting their awareness to HSE issues to create and maintain HSE culture that supports the Health, Safety & Environment movement system.

5.      Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety, lifesaving and emergency equipment and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure correct operation and that procedures are implemented.  Ensure that effective records are kept and updated for all equipment under his control.

6.      Coordinate and participate in applying risk management techniques to identify and evaluate HSE hazards/risks in UA field, its facilities and work activities and recommend measures to Site Management on measures to reduce them.

7.     Promote safe working systems and procedures.  Monitor and advise on proper application of "Permit to Work" system, conducting gas and atmospheric tests, participating in actual "Job Watch" as and where necessary; such as hot tapping, mechanical sealing/plugging, entry into dangerous confined spaces and ensuring that all Safety regulations and practices are adhered to.

8.     Liaise and coordinate with HSE Department/Technical on matters related to studying & commenting on engineering designs and drawings pertaining to modifications of plant, equipment, installations or projects works to ensure adherence to HSE rules, standards and codes of practice, during all phases of implementation on Site.

9.     Assist the man in-charge at the scene in case of emergency situations; investigate incidents resulting in injuries, property damage or near misses, to evaluate and determine causes and preventive measures.  Prepare reports and make recommendations including action plans to alleviate such situations and take preventative measures.  Maintain follow up to ensure adequate implementation of recommendations.

10.  Investigate incidents of oil or environmental pollution, and liaise with concerned departments to implement a cleaning programme; prepare reports on such incidents together with comments and observation.

11.  Coordinate, monitor, prepare agenda and follow-up the implementation of recommendations raised from the Site HSE committees, other HSE related meetings, and HSE  audit surveys by third parties.

12.  Develop training programmes in HSE principles and practices, including practical exercises; develop and assess orientation programmes aimed for promoting accident and fire prevention among personnel and supervise specific fire and emergency drills for site personnel.

13.  Ensure that mandatory safety, environmental and inspection records are updated and available at all times for inspection by Company auditors, Government inspectors and recognized agencies; prepare and discuss a variety of ad-hoc and regular reports and statistics

Minimum Requirements:

1.     Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

2.     Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry preferably offshore

Job Purpose & Scope

1.     Manage Civil construction activities and ensure works are performed in accordance with project specifications and required quality. 

2.     Quantity verification and Control for projects undertaken by EP Unit.  Ensure smooth coordination with EPP Project Engineer & Team Leader, Zirku site and Contractor so that project execution takes place within budgeted time and cost.

3.     Completion of project on time within budget schedule and quality.   

4.     Site Survey and taking measurements, quantities for existing civil/steel structures and electro mechanical items.                    

5.     Prepare Bill of Quantity and Budget cost at pre tender stage of project.

6.     Assist and coordinate in preparation of Scope of Work for the project.         

7.     Review Bill of quantity and prices during tender evaluation.              

8.     Review and issue comments on Material submittals, method statements and safe job analysis submitted by Contractor.                                            

9.     Monitor and Control Permit to Work (PTW) for all activities during construction at site.                                                                             

10.  Apply project specific and general ZADCO HSE plan and ensure SAFE practices at site during construction at site.                                    

11.  Supervision and checking of dimensions, alignment and concrete cover during erection of form work.                                                     

12.  Supervise and quality check of the concrete mix at Batching plant.   

13.  Supervise and quality checks the concrete pouring at site.               

14.  Supervise and check the concrete quality and curing before and after          de-shuttering.                                                                       

15.  Supervise and quality checks during grit blast, surface preparation and coating of the steel structural part

16.  Witness site Civil Work tests such as Trials Mix, Slump measurements, Cube crushing, Proctor test, Soil Compaction, Coating Dry Film Test (DFT), Pull Off, Sieve Analysis for Aggregates & Sand etc.

Job Purpose & Scope

1.     To lead and manage various aspects of the Internal Audit activities and risk assurance process across the Company. Provide expertise to bring about continuous improvement by promoting Best Practice learning and transfer to the Company.

Job Purpose & Scope

1.     Acts as an interface between project engineering team/consultant and site operations team as per directions of UZ-BU.

2.     Carry out early identification of project interface issues and also facilitate acceptable way forward with site before the detailing starts in order to minimize changes / delays.

3.     Arranges with project team for presentations and site walk through as required / at end of stages before proceeding to the next stage.

4.     Participates and facilitates site in review meetings, PHSER & HAZOP etc.

1.     Provide technical advice on pipeline corrosion and related matters covering corrosion studies related to cathodic protection, intelligent pigging,  treatment , prevention, monitoring and analysis.

2.     Provide advice on material selection, chemical treatment and analysis on corrosion  for subsea pipelines and structures.

3.     Carry out and conduct corrosion analysis, studies and surveys on pipeline and structure to determine corrosion behavior.

4.     Develop routine and intelligence pigging programs and monitor outcome of the same.

5.     Review inspection reports for pipelines and structures and facilities to determine cause of corrosion.

6.     Provide technical advice on implementation of corrosion control measures and follow up/monitor the implementation phase.

7.     Provide material selection/analysis services to determine type of material to be used and determine its cause of failure.

8.     Prepare technical specification and design basis for cathodic protection projects

9.     Evaluate the adequacy/effectiveness of corrosion control systems on pipeline and structure.

10.  Carry out studies/analysis on the effect of corrosion due to changes in operations mode.

11.  Provide technical assessment on corrosion behavior considering the adequacy of chemicals, metallurgy and protection measures.

12.  Evaluate intelligent pigging survey results.

13.  Set up corrosion data management system for all subsea plant equipment/facilities.

15.  Carry out prequalification of corrosion contractors/consultants for inclusion in company' bidders list.

16.  Evaluate facilities integrity and determine their remaining life based on prediction models.

2.     Provides professional guidance on applicable codes and standards and special design requirements for HSE Critical Equipment Systems (HSECES), guided by the Company’s HSE philosophies as well as Local and International Safety Design Codes/Standards.

3.     Review of Safety Studies including but not limited to Consequence Modelling (Radiation, Dispersion, Explosion), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Safety Case, HSEIA, COMAH, Bow-Tie, Hazard & Effect Register, HSECES etc.

4.     Participate and contribute in reviews like HAZOP, SIL, Project Risk Assessment,

Job Purpose and Scope:

1.     Carry out all control / instruments (except Fire & Gas system) activities on gas turbines, High pressure Water Injection Pumps and Auxiliaries, such as maintenance, repair, monitoring, testing, trouble shooting, reports on failed components, modules, cards, etc.

2.     Obtain work permits from Area Authority, examine faulty units and establish requirements for tools, parts and materials necessary to carry out the work.

2.     Carry out preventive, predictive, breakdown, and routine maintenance on gas turbines control systems using correct tools and equipment.

3.     Participate in major overhauls and carry out all control / instrumentation aspects of      re-commissioning work.

4.     Issue comprehensive daily activity reports outlining the cause of the fault, the nature of the work and the materials, labour and time taken to complete the task.

5.     Ensure that all tools and test equipment are kept clean and calibrated.

6.     Ensure that site emergency stock is kept at an acceptable level.

7.     Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted within Company standing instructions and procedures, and manufacturer’s guidelines.

8.     Observe and follow Company HSE Procedures to ensure work is carried out in a safe manner.  Exercise good house-keeping practices.

9.     Participates in UAE Nationals ATI Graduates development – as directed by Line Supervisor

Minimum requirements:

1. Completion of Secondary Technical Education (12 Years) plus 2 years Advanced Vocational Education in Instruments / Controls / Electro-mechanics / Micro-processor.

2   8–10 Years maintenance experience on Gas Turbines Controls, plus specific manufacturer’s training on Company machines Controls / Instruments.

3.   Good command of English language, written and spoken.

Job Purpose & Scope:

Carries out all the activities related to the Network Systems Operations and user support in the section, such as: 

1.     Providing all the support required by users in terms of networking to ensure a proper connection to ZADCO Network.

2.     Monitoring ZADCO network by using proper H/W and S/W tools to trace faults.

3.     Optimizing and enhancing Network performance,   Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting,

4.     Coordinating with Client Support - switching team for new physical network connections.

5.     Carrying out planned and scheduled installation/upgrades, and ensuring minimal interruptions for smooth operations.

6.     Configures, installs and relocates ZADCO Networking equipment. Tests and checks proper functionality.

7.     Conducts periodic tests to ensure network performance and stability.

8.     Attends and traces Network H/W faults and report any noticed thresholds. Provide immediate backup/replacement whenever required.

9.     Report any unauthorized use of applications, which may cause an impact on network performance.

10.  Collect Network H/W addresses and build-up a reporting table for H/W movement.

11.  Update H/W addresses and back-up configuration for each network equipment.

12.  Update the database of H/W and S/W problems and trace faults over the Network.

13.  Follow up contractors for maintenance and repairs.

14.  Carry out any other similar or related duties as and when directed by the supervisor manager.

Job Purpose & Scope:

1.     Performs the preparation of annual Capital Budgets, 5-Years Business Plan, Financial Outlook and Periodical Reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Billing Statements) which include Drilling, Projects and Equipment (Movable Assets) for all the ventures with ensuring their accuracy and conformity with the Accounting procedure and other management’s directives.

2.     Reviews budget proposals prior to submission to the Budget Review Committee and recommends amendments as appropriate. Reviews budget contents and details in collaboration with Department Heads, provides advice and guidance and recommends the necessary amendments.

3.     Performs the proper control of the Accounting activities of Assets and Capital Purchases, ensuring that adequately classified Memorandum of Assets are kept in line with Owners’ guidelines.

4.     Develops, maintains and updates proper allocation system and procedure on Engineering Department’s management cost among project works across the ventures.

5.     Performs the periodical review of the computerized accounting systems the established procedures and working method/media in CAPEX Section for the continuous enhancement and improvement and recommend their implementations and represent the section in a task force/a project team whenever it is formed to study and introduce a new computer application package on management accounting.

6.     Performs the preparation of adhoc analytical reports on drilling and project expenditures for the management and the owners ensuring their accuracy and conformity with requirements.

7.     Initiates and implements the section’s detailed work programs and schedules that will ensure agreed levels of service are achieved.

8.     Performs duties in a safe, professional and efficient manner, complying with the HSE requirements related to all the job activities.

9.     Ensures the UAE Nationals under the CAMS Program are trained and well familiarized with the activities in the section.

Minimum Requirements:

1.     Recognized Accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, ACMA or CPA.

2.     8 years post qualification experience in Budgeting and Cost Control in a large oil company.

3.       Very good knowledge of English.

Job Purpose & Scope:

1. Coordinates, supervises and personally participates in establishing basic parameters and criteria for cost effective log interpretation of each field, reservoir and formation to optimize coring, testing and completion programs. Ensures accuracy of such parameters for use in further studies.
2. Monitors implementation of open-hole logs. Supervises the logging interpretation and formation evaluation of exploration, appraisals, development and workover wells with service companies to determine the potential zones for testing and completion.
3. Supervises and participates in Reservoir Studies and Technical meeting to assist in solving problems confronting the development plans. Participates in the presentation of petrophysical models of different reservoirs. Determine accurate reservoir parameters to be used in the reservoir simulation studies.
4. Performs other related duties such as monitoring the company’s well logging standards, attending meetings, writing, writing technical reports, ensuring developing/training company’s personnel on using/applying petrophysical data, keeping abreast wit the new development in logging tehcniques/devices, evaluating/assessing service companies performance,…etc.

1. Provides a complete range of Mechanical Piping Engineering Services to the Business Unit.
2. Execution of piping systems designs for modifications and projects as an individual or as part of the team.
3. Conducts design audit checks of works carried out by external parties.
4. Carry out the basic design of various types of piping and pipe fittings, pipe supports, etc, and performs stress analysis. Conducts all necessary calculations, such as wall thickness, stress analysis, supporting system, etc.
5. Prepare technical documents including data sheets and requirements for material, testing and requisitions. Review the update technical drawings for the installations and ensure conformity of the as-built status with the Design and Technical requirements

Job Purpose & Scope:

1. The Fluids Engineer provides on-site technical support for fluids and ensures engineering plans, procedures and specifications and QA/QC guidelines are applied.
2. He coordinates the work of the rig- site Fluid Technicians in the Operations Support Group
3. Prepares fluids materials requirements on a well-to-well basis and coordinates material transfers.
4. Coordinates, reviews and approves work done at the Fluids Lab on fluid samples analysis.
5. Monitors day to day well operations in regard to drilling and completions fluids.  Advises Drilling and Completions Engineering and Operations Groups and rig site Fluid Technicians as appropriate.
6. Forecasts annual fluids material requirements and ensures adequate supplies are always available to meet operational needs.
7. Ensures QA/QC of drilling and completions fluids to be used in operations.
8. Advises Operations Support Team Leader on competency requirements covering fluids technology, for Fluids Technicians and Fluids Lab Technicians.
9. Identifies, analyzes and resolves operational and technical drilling and completion fluids issues.
10. Provides technical and operational input to proposed drilling and completion fluids programs if requested
11. Identifies, analyzes and resolves operational and technical drilling and completion fluids issues.
12. Ensures that Company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented.
13. Contributes to initiatives by Fluids Specialist to improve usage practice of fluids so that optimal operational performance is achieved.

Minimum Requirements:

1.     Degree in relevant discipline such as Engineering or Chemistry.

3.     Minimum three years experience in offshore work related to drilling, completion and work over activities (Desired).

4.     Computing skills including MS Office. 

5.     Knowledge of Drilling Information Management System (DIMS).
