In conducting our operations, ZADCO is governed by UAE Federal and Abu Dhabi laws, the Supreme Petroleum Council, the Joint Management Committee, the Board of Directors, ADNOC group policies, and various shareholder committees.

ZADCO's Internal Audit Committee reviews audit issues and the adequacy of internal controls and processes. It re-enforces ZADCO's values of increasing transparency, accountability, ethics, and responsibility.

ZADCO's booklet entitled "Statement of General Business Principles", published in 2001 outlines the Company's ethics and business conduct. All ZADCO employees must comply with these principles when dealing with Shareholders, suppliers, third parties, and their colleagues in ZADCO.
