Business planning processes help to identify and develop strategic directions in support of the company's Mission and Vision, and map out strategy into action through short and long-term business plans. Corporate performance targets are also introduced, in consultation with shareholders, against which Zadco's progress can be regularly reviewed, and yearly performance can be established.

Business Planning in ZADCO covers the processes shown below and is coordinated by the Corporate Planning Team. This team interfaces with planning groups in each of the business units, to ensure that ZADCO has fully integrated strategies and business plans.
