ZADCO's asset management activities focus on the “Develop” through to “Decommissioning” phases of the petroleum life cycle. Effective asset management during the Develop phase involves an integrated approach to evaluating development concepts and sound project management. This is promoted in ZADCO by applying the Value Assurance Process (VAP) shown below.
