ZADCO's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) provides the framework for managing HSE issues across the company. The objective of the HSEMS is to provide an integrated system that maintains and continually improves HSE performance, whilst ensuring that we meet UAE Legislation and ADNOC corporate requirements.

The twelve elements that feature in ZADCO's HSEMS are shown below. The elements, processes and working practices and procedures collectively target specific issues associated with health, safety and the environment.

ZADCO's HSE performance is measured against a set of key performance indicators that form part of a performance contract with its shareholders. Significant improvements have been made, particularly in the areas of Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF's), Flaring, Emissions and Discharges, where ZADCO has achieved world class performance.
